* Loyalty Points can be redeemed at any Oxygen showroom across Kerala.
* Loyalty Points will expire on the specified date.
* Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
* A minimum of 20 points is required for redemption.
* A maximum of 2,000 points can be redeemed in a single purchase.
* Loyalty Points are issued only on eligible purchases.
* Points are linked to the registered mobile number – OTP required to redeem the points & OTP expires in 5 Minutes
* Points are calculated on the **net bill value discounts, returns, cancellations, and taxes (define clearly)**.
* Certain products, services, or offers may be excluded from earning points
* Points can be redeemed only at the time of purchase and cannot be used after billing.
* Points cannot be combined with selected promotional offers unless specified.
* If a product is returned or cancelled, the corresponding loyalty points will be reversed.
* If points were used during purchase, the refund value will be adjusted accordingly.
* Expired points cannot be reinstated.
* Oxygen reserves the right to modify validity without prior notice.
* Customers are responsible for providing the correct mobile number.
* Oxygen is not responsible for points credited to incorrect numbers.
* Oxygen reserves the right to cancel points or block accounts in case of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or abnormal transactions.
* In case of system or calculation errors, Oxygen reserves the right to correct point balances without prior notice.
* Oxygen reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.
* Oxygen’s decision on loyalty points, disputes, and eligibility will be final.
